Fair Personal sehr unfreundlich. Laut durch Flugzeuge und Bahn. Nur 1 Aufzug in Betrieb wegen Renovierung. Zuverlässiger Shuttle zum Airport. Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens.
did't happen- bad costumer service I had to cancel my reservation: I called 3 times to the hotel asking where to take the shuttle from the airport. The (same) person who answered all calls directed me to the pick up are the first two times. after waiting in the pick up area for a while I called again- and the same person said that actually there is no shuttle today!!!! Bad. Did not have a room for us. Sent us to another hotel, because they were overbooked and under staffed. Available rooms were not clean and could not be used by guests. Definitely mostly due to staffing issues, but hotel was a little dingy and there was very limited parking. Area was a little creepy to arrive at night, but we had no issues, just wasn’t very inviting. A lot of trash in parking lot. I wish i had went to the nearest Over Pass you have a general manager who knowingly and intentionally lies to customers. I overheard him on the phone when a customer called about a charge , he said he would take of it, only to hang up and make a comment to another employee”and they think they are going to get their money back and then they laughed. ALSO after observing him around young boys, it’s apparent that he is a PEDOPHILE Future guest need to be warned to use caution their children Nothing
De lo peor que he estado en mi vida Cuando llegamos habían cancelado nuestra reserva, éramos un grupo con seis habitaciones. No querían ubicarnos. Mi habitación estaba con el inodoro usado, apestosa a cigarrillo y el inodoro tapado, no bajaba. Otra de las habitaciones de uno de nuestros amigos, había un vagabundo durmiendo en la habitación, las ventanas no cierran y entró por la misma. El desayuno viejo. La ubicación del aeropuerto buena, pero la seguridad en la propiedad y el estacionamiento de lo peor
Poor was no bar no restaurant to sit down the hot water wasn’t hot one morning no vending machines and breakfast was LAMe the staff was friendly and close to freeway
By all means, the worst experience ever. We got there at 2am and our rooms were not ready. It took them almost 3 hrs to give us our rooms. They were either outdated or not clean. The tub was nasty. When we woke up the first morning they had broken windows of two cars and there are homeless people everywhere near the property which did not feel safe. They even found one sleeping in a bedroom. The location.
It was a place to sleep No parking staff in hodies construction mess would be understandable but overall all wasn’t very clean Close to airport and restaurant
Going to the lobby to pee is not great. the toliet did not flush and 3 trips to the desk did not get it fixed! location
