the staff made up for all of the negatives some of the noise associated with the renovations, the elevators being out of order and my daughter was unable to use the stairs due to multiple sclerosis so it was difficult to get to the first floor to make it to her appointment at the hospital. someone's dog whining late night-early am, meat (when served for breakfast ran out too quickly so most guest, include us did not get any, room locks not working with key card or rooms not locking upon exit. staff, shuttle services, bed mat... read more
Okay The place didn't have Hot water for the night. The Shuttle and driver were the exception!
