Exceptional Have stayed many times in past 5 years and appreciate the shuttle and location to airport.
Not bad for one night stay but also not as we hoped it would be from the advertised pictures Property is old and run down. Rooms were cleaned regularly but still dirty due to age and appearance of everything. The beds were comfy Property was close to the airport and some restaurants or fast food places. Staff was great, had a really positive attitude and very accommodating and professional. The staff professionalism made up for the lack of updates in the building as the facility was old and run down
Good value, I'll stay there again Computer was down and it took an extra hour to check in late in the evening. Stay was good.
Staff great, WiFi non-existent in room. WiFi didn't work in the room. Room had dog fur Tufts on floor. Bathroom had mold near sink. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast offerings were wonderful.
Convienently located near the Seattle Airport with a rapid and responsive shuttle between them. A couple of spots in the bathroom needed attention and we were one towel short. Also the trim or tile was missing between the bathroom door and the shower enclosure, which didn't enthuse me. The location was very close to the airport and the shuttle was way more responsive than I have often encountered with hotels at SeaTac. Friendly staff, new renovations, excellent location! It was my fault for not looking at the information. This hotel accepts pets. It just so happened that my neighbor had a dog and it kept barking! It was a first for me to experience this at a hotel. From now on I’ll be looking for hotels that don’t accept dogs or hotels that can separate the guest that have pets and don’t have pets. Excellent location, and they have a shuttle to the airport! There’s a Deny’s and Jack in the Box right in front of hotel!
Exceptional Nothing Close to SeaTac with a free shuttle and super friendly front desk staff makes this the perfect stay close to the airport.
