For what we needed it was good value. Not a memorable stay, but adequate Facilities are dated, worn out. Breakfast selection was lean, not much to choose from. Treadmill in workout room was out of service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location near the airport was good, could walk to terminal.

Very Good Carpet throughout the hotel needs a shampooing. Waffles at breakfast and other options. The bed was quit comfortable.

Great location but staff were rough…. upon arrival the elevators were broken and we were placed in a room on the 4th floor, far from ideal due to the luggage we had with us. We had to use the emergency stair well to access our floor and the stair well stunk of urine….After checking in we went to go and get some food and come into the main reception to the welcome clerk and ground staff arguing and exchanging profanities … didn’t make for a very good impression the location to the airport
Pleasant See above comment. Getting the shuttle from LAX to the property took 90 minutes, after the call. But the staff was very apologetic and transparent about the reasons.
