Exceptional The staff, absolutely amazing. After a day from hell traveling, I almost teared up when I received the kindness given at front desk. A smile a genuine nice attitude really makes a difference. The location is fantastic fir a bit of a sleep in without a rush of a drive to airport and can we please draw attention to the pillows? Omg, for the price and location with added amazing staff, I can't say anything bad about my experience. Even the shuttle driver was awesome
Awesome The hours of your shuttle pickup from the airport were different from what was advertised. The click told me when I call for a pickup at the airport, she said that shuttle starts running one hour later.
Good stay for catching an early flight The rooms were smokefree but you could still smell some and it smelled like weed here and there. Amazing staff, spacy rooms and great shuttle service to the airport.

close to the airport we were directly next to a car parking garage. so the view wasn’t grand. very close the airport, for car rental return.

perfect value to stay the night before an early morning flight old facility close to airport, staff really nice
Post cruise visit to Seattle before our morning flight home. We were disappointed the breakfast was not available for our early morning flight. It would have been nice to get a pop from the vending machine. I am most pleased with the ability to use your shuttle to and from the airport and to the rail to get into Seattle. The helpfulness of the driver of your afternoon shuttle. She offered suggestions and directions to use the rail to Seatle and around the area.
