Friendly, fast access to the airport - good value. Bathroom shower pressure was not the greatest this time around. I stayed in a room right above the foyer entrance and the shuttle beeping starting at 3am wasn’t the best. I think it was just the room as I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times and never heard this before. Easy location from the airport, staff are always so friendly and accommodating and extremely helpful.

This is our 3rd time to stay here as it's so comfortable and convenient to SeaTac. Noticed the coffee maker wasn't working the next morning and informed the staff who got to it right away. Elevators need to be updated and enlarged. Great location with pleasant & welcoming staff. Pet friendly comfortable room.

We will stay here again, but hope it gets some upgrades soon. A bit outdated and could use some updating…especially the bathrooms. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle leaves every half an hour for the airport.
