Exceptional Breakfast was pathetic
Wonderful
helpful and friendly staff, aging hotel but was clean, food nearby and close to airport. The mattress seemed ready to be replaced. close proximity to the airport.

Good value for money but don't expect good service Too short-staffed. One person needs to check in 20 or 30 people at busy times. Didn't receive the requested playpen which was promised. The keys get deactivated every night. It's pricing is fair in a city like seattle.
Good for one night close to SEATAC Took some time to find a clean and available room at check-in. Clean and spacy room. Included breakfast was good for the price. Airport shuttle.

Exceptional We didn't receive housekeeping service after the 1st night (we stayed 2 nights) so ran out of toilet paper and fresh towels (we had 2 kids with us so needed extra towels for them). We were able to get some toilet paper by going to front desk but would have been nice to have had it already in there as we got back very late.
