Awesome Room seemed a bit cramped but it was a king bed. 3 good restaurants a very short walk away!

Exceptional Only issue is a used washcloth was left from the previous guest by house cleaning on the shower rod. Pretty nasty Very clean, good breakfast and polite
Good for what we needed There were no tea bags. It was quiet. Room was well furnished and bed was comfortable.
Exceptional Elevator smelled like cigarette smoke really bad, I know you are a non smoking hotel so that kind of sucked smelling that every time we took that elevator. It’s was the left one. Pet friendly

Very Good The shuttle to the hotel doesn't run in the early afternoon, which would've been nice to know well ahead of time. I had huge suitcases for me and my kiddo, so catching a taxi was hellish. We Ubered, but the experiences with the very rude airport taxis left me exhausted. The 2 amenities I needed - business center and shuttle to the airport - I wasn't able to use due to lack of function.
