Very Good The shuttle to the hotel doesn't run in the early afternoon, which would've been nice to know well ahead of time. I had huge suitcases for me and my kiddo, so catching a taxi was hellish. We Ubered, but the experiences with the very rude airport taxis left me exhausted. The 2 amenities I needed - business center and shuttle to the airport - I wasn't able to use due to lack of function. Excelente servicio al cliente y ubicación Todo perfecto. La ubicación y el personal súper amable. La persona de recepción y la persona encargada del shuttle nos orientaron con las pruebas de COVID y hasta nos llevaron al lugar para hacernos la prueba sin cobrarnos el transporte. Excelente servicio al cliente.
Exceptional Everything was good for a short stay. The young lady at the reception desk was very helpful, professional and friendly. No housekeeping but my stay was only 2 nights so not a problem. Just one block from Sharps Roaster House. Excellent food and beers.
Ok but not the usual LaQuinta experience No internet service from the time I got there to check in. Sat in lobby almost an hour. Finally checked me in near 4 but no service rest of evening or morning so I couldn't print out my tickets. Nothing offered for early shuttle riders. No iron in room had to go get one. Nicest lady ever driving shuttle!! The front desk girls very friendly and apologetic for the late checking no wife. That was the only real plus.
La Quinta Had some trouble with reservation showing up on their computer. It was remedied. The beds were comfortable. The best pillows I've found! Breakfast was good with waffles and usual fare with limited service.
