Front desk always smile they always help us find good place to go the driver took us to lite Rail station to go down town seattle and pick us. Up ride on time eh en we get back great espirience

I agree with the other comments . The front desk people are outstanding and make the difference. They are so welcoming and go the extra mile. We had some tricky logistics. We had a rental car to return at the airport and then a train to catch downtown. The staff helped us overcome these obstacles. The rooms are fine. The breakfast is better than most. All in all we couldn't be happier. .

Stayed overnight prior to catching a flight home from Sea-Tac. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Comfortable beds. Limited breakfast.

The front desk people were great to us! We had a function being held across the street but elected to stay here, so glad we did!! We headed across the street Saturday night and made a comment on the way out if we needed a ride would they would come and get us, ( I was only kidding) It started to rain so I called the front desk and asked if they would pick us up. He said "we'll be in front to pick you all up" :) now that is great customer service!!
