Pleasant L'hôtel en général manque d'amour. L'ameublement est très très usé partout. Cela n'est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes point-de-vue propreté. Des coulisses dans l'ascenseur, des tapis pas juste douteux, mais vraiment sales. Des bouches d'aération dans les chambres du système de ventilation remplies de poussière et de crasse. Le pommeau de douche qui ne fait pas la job. Oui pour le déjeuner, mais il vaut mieux payer plus cher pour avoir une meilleure offre. Very Good
All in all it was comfortable and practical. The air conditioning was minimal, definitely needs updated. Lack of ice machines was inconvenient. Didn't like having to wait for the swim class to be done in order to go swimming, those should be held at the same time every day and around 3pm-5pm The pool water was warm, the staff was helpful and friendly, the room setup was perfect! My son and my nephew had their own little room away from the adults to play and watch TV.

Comfortable but in need of maintenance. Very loud at night with busy roads around it. Breakfast was 45 minutes late on Sunday morning. Hotel in need of maintenance: clogged drains in tub and sink, faulty electrical outlets, door not latching properly and not closing by itself (when it should for fire code reasons). Several doors on the fifth floor were poorly repaired. Beds were comfortable. Well located near shops and restaurants. Housekeeping quick in providing extra towels or bedding. Staff polite and available.
Very Good Smell in the hall and sometimes in the room. Generally is very good, but breakfast is so so.
