Good The rooms need to be updated The staff was super friendly and patient. The livingroom and the bedroom were separated unlike traditional hotels were is just one big open space. The location, it's about a 25min bus ride to Times Square and the bust stop is right outside the hotel.

Came and went as we pleased without any problems, bed was very comfortable and room service was exce Bar service and maybe quiet music in a lounge setting Location and access to bus service into Port Authority and the quietness of surrounding area.
