Exceptional El trato muy cortés y muy amigables buen trato no descriminan por raza me encanto el buen trato aun con mi poco inglés para mi próxima vacaciones en NY vuelvo para este Hotel
Face-lift I didn't like that the whole time i was there the breakfast eggs were water and cold and the coffee was also cold and there was no milk. The hotel needs a new face left the room are out dated the curtains need to be replaced because they dont slide and room should have USB ports for charging ports. And the tv had a big scratch in it. Darle más cariño a los detalles de habitación El hotel tiene que mejorar en darle un shampoo a la alfombra no hablo de q las muchachas no pasan aspiradora me refiero en que se ven viejas y descuidadas en el baño tiene detalles que arreglar para q se vea excelente y se metieron hormigas por lo que habíamos votado en el trash las mesas del tv se ven manchadas abajo y el del las gavetas igual el aire del dormitorio estaba sucio y para colmo no funcionaba la bañera en el piso se ve manchada tendrían que mejorar un poco en los fo... read more
