Good despite the fact breakfast was included in the room rate, it was not available for 'technical reasons'. I have not been offered a coupon to have it elsewhere, but the staff was really upset and I appreciated it.

Pleasant No breakfast at all (not even "to-go"). They recommend going to nearby restaurants. The hotel is definitely outdated, in dire need of a refurb. Location is good. Reasonably good value for money.
