Se requiere una mejor administración. En 5 ocasiones pedimos secador de pelo, nunca llegó. La señora de recepción de aprox 65 años, muy ineficiente. El agua de la piscina, un asco. La primera vez (dentro del horario) que fui estaba cerrada. La segunda vez tenía una maquina de limpieza electrica en su interior. Me quejé en recepción y dijo que no podía hacer nada. Que si quería, la ocupara de todas formas pero bajo mi riesgo. La tercera vez que fui a las 18:30 hrs no me permitieron entrar porque habían aprox 10 niños en clase... read more

Good Breakfast was supposed to be given but they said there is no breakfast. And when it started on the 4th day, nobody informed us, so we missed. Only had the chance to have the breakfast on our last day.

Exceptional La ubicación en la esquina la ruta 320 a new york. Restaurantes cerca oliver garden ,mall y walmart . Muy amable el personal sobretodo la manager

Very Good There is an elderly smell to the place. Deep clean all the carpets. The place was very comfortable. Staff was personable and responded to my requests.

Good Room was advertised including breakfast but breakfast wasn't served Spacious room, good location, parking garage
