رائع مكان جميل ونظيف وهادئ والغرف وسيعة عبارة عن غرفة وصالة والأسعار معقولة جداً مقارنة بالفنادق الأخرى وموقع الباص الي ينقلك الى مانهاتن مقابل الفندق بالضبط

Personal de gerencia grosera La encargada diurna esa señora es de lo peor. Grosera, prepotente, racista, y malgeniada. El personal de limpieza amable aunque la habitación olía mucho a cigarrillo y había basura debajo de las camas. No se hizo limpieza debida No hay suministro de hielo ni agua. La ubicación es excelente. La tranquilidad y paz es una oportunidad. Las habitaciones son buenas y cómodas.
Good The hotel is in major disrepair. I stayed on the top floor where there were obvious signs of major water infiltration from missing parts of the ceiling to badly water stain parts of ceilings and walls. My particular room, 911, had no room number on it as someone had apparently taken it as a souvenir. The room door did not close tightly, and walking down the Halls you can see none of the doors fit properly in their jams. With the covid shutdown we were unable to make the necessary repairs and are still recovering. I apologize that you did not find our breakfast suitable. As many other businesses, we are having to deal with continued delivery problems, limited availability, and increasing prices without having to pass on more costs to our customers.
