Need improved Room is good, no comfort sheets and pillow for couch bed, and when need towels and wash cloth not enough to get. Problems with keycards or door lock. No gym and one elevator not good for me as a guest. When call from room to front desk no answer. Good 1 solo elevador Acorde a precio, buena ubicación si no puedes pagar estar en manhattan, lo unico negativo fue que habia un solo elevador, eso hacia dificil estar en los pisos superiores

Old hotel, nice staff, good location Breakfast was not very delicious. Could have been more choices and the quality better. Only one elevator worked, and it could not serve the huge traffic of people. The keycard stopped working once we left the hotel.. Every single time needed to be reactivated.
