Exceptional Friendly staff, great location lost of restaurants close by and a 6 minutes ride to American dream mall
Pleasant Disappointed that the pool was closed. Other hotels managed to open with accommodations during covid. 1 entrance with a small parking lot in front, the back unattached lot was creepy late in the night and sorta dangerous. Staff was nice. Housekeeping was the MVP in my experience.
Pleasant I didnt like that they wouldn't except my chime debit card. The toilet bowl made a running nosie all night. I like the set up of the room.
Awesome Everything was great but the tub stopper was broken and the mold in the ceiling of the shower . Everything else I love the separation from the living room and the bed
Good and not so good points The roundabout in the front of the building conditions were horrible. Huge pot holes around the front of the building. The sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on your back. And when we asked for additional pillows for the sofa bed sleeper we were told they didn’t have anymore pillows. The property was clean some what maintained. Ok! Rooms weren’t the cleanest (mold in shower etc). Didn’t have a set of blankets/sheets for the pull out couch.
