Overall, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot--loved it! The rooms are very clean and nice, but the hallways and dining room are showing a lot of wear. It's a shame, because it's a beautiful hotel. When we got there, the hotel was almost completely booked, and our double room was not ready. Instead, they gave us two king rooms right down the hall from each other, and comped the second room. The manager walked us up to the rooms herself, and was very apologetic. Exceptional Parking included
Conveniente e bem localizado Chuveiro fica muito baixo e pra quem tem mais de 1,80 m de altura acaba precisando baixar a cabeça. Hotel confortável, bem conservado, limpeza do quarto excelente, internet de qualidade, bem localizado, ônibus que vai para Manhattan passa na porta do hotel, bom café da manhã, tv a cabo com vários canais HD. Recomendo para quem viaja para turismo em NY.
It was fine and was as advertised Pool bothered eyes and over chlorinated Beds very comfortable. Front desk were nice, but could be more knowledable re local transportation and dining options
Very disappointed! No one was in the reception when we first arrived to the hotel. We had to wait 15 minutes. Then the door was stuck and we had to wait half an hour outside the room (10:30-11pm). We made reservations for 5 people, there were only one big towel, 2 shampoo and no sheets for the sofa (fifth person). We had to park the car in another parking lot since the one of this hotel was very small. The air conditioner is too old and noisy...
Very Good Everything was clean and a very confortable room, we were only two and the room had enough place for like 4 people. The only thing they didn't have enough soap, shampoo and conditioner in the room ( they put only one of each, and we were two people), and we were looking for any housekeeper but in that moment we couldn't find

Comodidad y tranquilidad Fuímos 5 personas y nos dieron dos camas dobles y un sofa cama, hay paradero de bus frente al hotel y puedes llegar a New York en media hora, la zona es muy tranquila y el personal muy amable
Good the structure should be updated for the price paid. excellent position, will book here again regardless. very helpful and friendly staff
