Nice hotel, convenient bus stop to NYC. Toilet overflowed at 3 am & I asked for maintenance at 7-8 am. No one came & we had to leave by 9am. Couldn't shower due to towels wet from cleaning overflowed water. Front desk stated they had request but he didn't come to work till 9am. No compensation offered at all. Also our sink wouldn't drain. Nice comfortable beds. Suite was spacious and breakfast was plentiful. Very convenient bus stop take a you to port authority at downtown NYC.

Mi mejor opción, lo que llamó una Feliz estancia. No es asunto del hotel pero me quedo lejos del JFK sin embargo no tiene problema de transporte. La localización del hotel es muy buena, instalaciones amplias y nos gustó mucho la suite con camas comodas. Excelente vista de Manhattan y el Hudson. Limpieza, precio, servicio, ubicación, facilidad de transporte lo hacen mi mejor opción para mis visitas a New Jersey y NYC. Hotel comodo pero lejos de todo Habia solo 1 ascensor habilitado, esperando mas de 10' en tomarlo. Horas pick un desastre. La habitacion amplia. Desayuno bueno pero falto fruta.
Total nightmare! This hotel is a nightmare to find! It was a "you can't get here from there" situation. Also, our room key cards stopped working which we discovered at 1230 a.m.,trying to get back into our room to which we had already checked in hours previously. Instead of correcting the problem quickly and getting us back into our room, the night auditor kept us standing there for a really long time just checking his computer over and over again! Convenient location with 'across the street' bus stop to NYC......very nice. Vending machine on our floor was non-functional during our entire several day stay. Also, only one elevator was working and there were long waits at times. Ease of bus link to NYC....very convenient and economical.
Excellent The elevator was not working properly. The room were very clean. The stuff very friendly especially the cleaning ladies who were ready and willing to help. The breakfast was very great.
