Good A/C in the room did not work, one elevator was out of order so the other one was too busy and slow. Good location, public bus for Manhattan was just over the street. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast has a good selection.

Nice hotel, convenient connection with Manhattan. Nothing. A nice hotel for the price. Good value for money. Nothing too fancy, but rooms are clean and of a decent size. We rented a suite with a separate bedroom, which was quite nice. Beds (even the sofa bed) were comfortable. The bathroom was specious and clean. Sufficient variety of food for breakfast. Tea and coffee available 24 hrs in the breakfast room. Convenient connection with Manhattan (Times Square area) by a bus. The stop is just beside the hotel.
Great NYC access Hotel could use a little "Sprucing Up". There have been repair issues with the elevators the last two times there. Also there is no business center with computer and printer EXCELLENT Location!!! NYC Bus stops directly in front of the hotel.
