New York ziyareti için ideal Kahvaltısı çok kötü. Otelin konumu çok iyi, çünkü tam önünden kalkan otobüs ile Manhattan'a gidiş-dönüş çok kolay. Bileti gidiş-dönüş almakta fayda var, zira dönerken otobüste bilet satılmıyor. Otele yürüme mesafesinde Marshalls ve TJMaxx var, alışveriş için uğranması gereken mağazalardan. Her ne kadar kahvaltısını beğenmesem de bir daha gitsem yine bu otelde kalırım. Bu civarda bu fiyata başka otel bulunmaz.
Not bad just seems like things need to be fixed. Our room had no hair dryer and the shower head was loose in the wall. Our friends room had to have shower head replaced. Staff were not warm and friendly. Very matter of fact and business like. Nice place. Room was large as was sitting area. It
Great area, Felt safe at all times, even on public transport They seemed to be refurbishing during this visit, one lift didn't work, so only one lift for cleaning staff and customers, not good. Pool was also being refurbished, opened again on our last day. This could have been done during winter rather than height of summer. Two rooms to our suite, one for sitting in and one for sleeping. Loved it

Good Air conditioner not working in bedroom. Only 1 elevator working. Very friendly, welcoming woman working front desk at check in. Love that there's a bus to city stops right outside hotel and also on checkout day we were allowed to leave our car there free of charge all day while we went into city.
MY STAY WAS AWESOME WITH MY WIFE AND TWO DAUGHTERS WE STAYED EXTRA TWO DAYS I THINK THE LOCATION OF THE STAIRCASE WAS TOO FAR TO THE LIFT WHEN THE LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE THE STAIRCASE BESIDE THE LIFT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR GUEST WHILE THE OTHER BE USED BY STAFF THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND THE SWIMMING POOL WAS APT FOR MY DAUGHTERS THE PIANO WAS GOOD FOR SOME RELIGIOUS TONES.THE BUS TERMINUS TO NEW YORK PORT AUTHORITY DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL WAS AN EXTRA ORDINARY ADVANTAGE
