not the best the website listed a pool. The only reason I booked this hotel Bd location. The pool is out of service. The gentleman behind the desk said it has been out for a while. The elevator didn't work. We we're on the 6th floor. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. And the sink fell in. The bed was nice and and big window.
The most convenient, comfortable and affordable option for visiting the city without driving in. Snack vending machine on each floor - our floor only had a soda machine. Shampoo was provided but not conditioner. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Our room had a separate room with a sofa and desk - a really nice little suite. Je retournerais volontier si je devais retrouver dans le secteur Bonne prise en charge des clients. Ils ont appelé pour nous aviser que la piscine serait non accessible et ce sont excusés..........
One of my worst hotel stays. The person who checked me in didn't give me any information about the hotel at all. One of the elevators was broken. The pool was out of order. The rooms entry door was hard to open. The internet was hard to access due to multiple ssid names. The washroom had water leaking from the ceiling.
