Great location, parking, plently of breakfast Rooms were good size, very comfortable, staff lovely, so convenient to Times Square

Good Not have enough towels in room and trouble opening door! Monday left instructions for housekeeping and maintenance! When returned, no clean towels, trash not emptied, and door not fixed!! Bus stop right across the street, breakfast bar, location
Memnun kaldim Sadece newyorka yarım saat uzaktı ama otelin önünden her 10-15 dakikada direkt otobüs kalkiyordu dönüşte aynı şekilde idi biraz zaman alıyordu ama çok kolaydı ve yorucu degildi zaten bunu bilerek bu oteli rezerve etmistim Kahvaltı iyiydi oda geniş şık güzel ve temizdi personel yardımcı idi etrafta outletler vardi

Overall, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot--loved it! The rooms are very clean and nice, but the hallways and dining room are showing a lot of wear. It's a shame, because it's a beautiful hotel. When we got there, the hotel was almost completely booked, and our double room was not ready. Instead, they gave us two king rooms right down the hall from each other, and comped the second room. The manager walked us up to the rooms herself, and was very apologetic.
