Descent stay Getto air conditioner taped out window. Called twice for extra blanets, guy had attitude. Breakfast included, great location.

Could of been better When we arrived at hotel it was 9am in the morning, we traveled to this location from Cleveland Ohio! Clearly let the hotel know that i would be arriving somewhat early because i had a important meeting i had to attend. Tried to check in as requested but was turned around because it was not 3pm. So long story short my fiance and i had to go to a restaurant to change clothes and freshen up because there were not any rooms available. Clean, good value, would stay again. clean rooms. bus right outside door to take you into the city. very convenient. staff was very nice.
Probably would not stay again. One elevator broken Noisy cleaning staff The one that did work was always full The lounge was not open on a Friday night The staff had no change for the bus and was not very helpful My car was covered in pigeon poop from parking in their parking garage Spacious room So comfy bed

A great option for easy access to NYC. It was all good. This was a great location for getting to and from New York City. Just 25 minute local bus ride to Time Square. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The room had a separate small lounge. The staff was welcoming and helpful with information on how to easily get to and from New York. There were a few good eateries within walking distance, too, so that made eating locally very easy.
Lo recomiendo. 1. El desayuno debe mejorar. 2. Solo funcionaba un elevador. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.
