Horror hotel The hotel was over run by young kids on a baseball camp .. they were unruly loud running up and down corridors at 2-3am in the morning yelling and screaming it was a nightmare .. the hotel was dirty it was impossible to eat breakfast not that you would want too with 50 kids in the breakfast room anyway .. it would have to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at ..

Good and affordable stay Nothing The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, this was one of the best hotels we stayed in our entire trip. They couldn't agree for a late check out as they had lots of guests, which we did understand, but they allowed us to leave our luggage without charges so that we could go out and spend leisure time as well as have lunch. Good location. The breakfast was poor, we stayed 4 nights and on the third night we arrived down for breakfast at 8.45 to find the food was gone and staff were cleaning up! Also the 2-3 members of staff stand over you like vultures whilst you are queuing for food, very off putting. We also chose this hotel partly for the wifi and the pool, the wifi was awful and the pool wasn't the cleanest and freezing, we went In once and that was it. Nice hotel, convenient bus stop to NYC. Toilet overflowed at 3 am & I asked for maintenance at 7-8 am. No one came & we had to leave by 9am. Couldn't shower due to towels wet from cleaning overflowed water. Front desk stated they had request but he didn't come to work till 9am. No compensation offered at all. Also our sink wouldn't drain. Nice comfortable beds. Suite was spacious and breakfast was plentiful. Very convenient bus stop take a you to port authority at downtown NYC.
