Sorry, I didn't actually stay; total time in room about an hour. Dozens of furniture & rug cigarette burns (I did not request smoking); almost zero bathroom counter space for toiletries; no available wall plugs in liv room (modem & lamp occupied the sole two), leaving a depressingly dark room with tiny desk for workspace. When I couldn't get Internet to work, I re-packed all my things and checked out. The worst room I've experienced since renting bargain prices in Wyoming 30 yrs ago The price and location.
Went in this trip to find prom dresses and yes we found one. The staff helped us with all the traveL Everything

The extra suite/sofa-bed is a lifesaver for parents with young kids! Swimming pool was frigid, and the elevators didn't seem to be working properly. Extra sofa-bed was great for the kids. Bus stop to NYC right in front of hotel made travel into the city very easy.

Excellent service. Minors hickup but an excellent, friendly staff service made our stay more special A good hot breakfast like sausages,eggs and bacons. Clean room and excellent, friendly staff service.
