Good The elevators were out order. Had to walk up five flights.
Consider the location wisely I am not happy about location specially, if you are planning to go to inside Manhattan or Time square using a taxi, a rental car or an Uber, you will paid extra money for Lincoln Tunnel $15 to get inside New York for single entry and another $15 to come back. it was a nice hotel, clean and friendly staffs
It's a little tired but good for the money bar was closed - 1 elevator was out of service Large room - very convenient location

Stayed for 2 nights December 8th & 9th, 2016 We were really looking forward to relaxing in the heated indoor pool after our second day of walking around NYC all day. Unfortunately, the indoor pool temperature was very cold. We didn't get in past our thighs. The hotel only has 2 elevators, which are used for guests & all hotel service (housekeeping, maintenance etc).one of the elevators is closed for repairs for several months. Repetiría La conexión WiFi no funcionó en la habitación. En las zonas comunales a veces iba y a veces no. El hotel tiene 2 ascensores. El número 1 lo están cambiando por uno nuevo, por lo que sólo queda el 2 para atender los 9 pisos del hotel. La espera del ascensor se hace larga y a veces hay que dejar que pase de largo porque va lleno. El cambio del ascensor 1 terminará en torno a marzo de 2017. Great location for NYC- will be back. Please complete renovations quickly. 2 elevators- one broke- so very inconvenient and took long time to go up and down. Breakfast area had dirty tables- no one came to clean off tables. Room was large, comfy! Excellent location to sightsee and bus is right outside front door. Room was clean and spacious. Great view of city.
