Enjoyed the accomodations and it was convenient to go to NYC by bus. There was a flood in the hallway on the main floor but I do understand that these issues do happen occasionally. The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was enough variety. The workout room was OK.
Exceptional Location, great! Hotel shuttle fabulous and breakfast, nice!! Our little boy was excited he could make his own waffles every morning. Thanks also to the warm front office staff!

Bit disappointing this time. Very noisy (no, extremely noisy!) air con. Even when turned off it continued to hum loudly) Plastic plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast. Toilet blocked every day as a result of poor flush. Gave receptionist my new credit card details on arrival but discovered on check out that he had still charged my old card. Toilet cistern overflowed in one room so had to change rooms after midnight. Requested no feathers in room due to allergy but arrived to find a feather pillow on the bed.
