My stay was overall very nice, hotel was clean staff very friendly and my stay was quite comfortable My requests for extra pillows never came until I went downstairs myself to the front desk. Also the pool was not heated as advertised The beds were extremely comfortable

Comfortable stay close to the city. Could use some updating. We had a leak in our ceiling, though the staff was very courteous in taking care of it. The bathrooms especially need some renovating. Location was great - the bus stop is across the street and it takes you directly to Port Authority in NYC - one block from Times Square. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was also nice, though simple. Overall me and my family really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable place.
