Uncomfortable No phone, no outlets, sink won’t drain, stains everywhere, door was cracked would not lock, door was able to be pushed opened. Able to accommodate another room after the first one was a disaster.

Bad The rooms needs to be updated, the complimentary breakfast looked terrible, waffles were pre made looked very cheap an under cooked needs to have do it yourself waffle station, an better breakfast selection. Although I had a short stay I expected my room to be cleaned daily an bedding an towels to be changed daily, when I inquired about this to the receptionist she said the cleaning staff only cleans every three days unless requested, I told her that they should inform their guest upon check-in so we could make that deci... read more
Fair to poor accommodations but good staff Old and dated, Hotel felt and looked run down. Breakfast tables were sticky and selection was poor. Pool area was dingy and not well ventilated. Portable fans were used in hallways to move air and keep them cool. Our room had stains by the toilet and behind the bathroom door were poopy finger prints. Management took care of us efficiently and staff were awesome. Pictures on line do not depict the hotel correctly in its current condition. Staff was great

Decepcionante Las fotos no se parecian a la realidad, los cuartos estaban con una alfombra que de tan vieja parecia sucia. No tenian acondicionador de pelo. El desayuno estaba al limite de de la decepcion. La mesa del cuarto, si la movias mucho se podia caer de lo fragil que era. La iluminacion ya era vieja, o los cuadros , fue uno de los peores hoteles que visite, esperaba mucho mas. La cercania con Ny, y que tenia varias alternativas para comer y shoppings.
