The staff went out of there way to be helpful with any questions we had. Ken was one of those. The carpeting needs to be replaced in the room we were in. The layout and size of room. Taking the bus into NY was very easy.

Very good option to visite Manhattan Bathroom cleaning not every day ok. Some towels are not clean! Very friendly staff on the reception! Bus to New York Manhattan in the front of the hotel.....only short drive Big rooms. Very closed by Newark Airport..much better then busy JFK

Good price-quality ratio The breakfast is quite simple (only American style). The swimming-pool is a bit out of fashion and is not clean. We appreciated the friendly staff; they were very helpful in finding solutions. New York city was reached within 30 minutes by using the local bus.
