Poor hygiene and cleanliness. I booked a room for three people with a king bed and a sofa bed. When I arrived, there were no sheets provided for the sofa bed, and when I opened it, the plastic cover on the mattress was filthy. After complaining, the front desk moved me to another room, but the sofa bed there was also unacceptable: the mattress was stained, had no protective cover, and the springs were exposed. Bad No hot water in the building and staff did nothing to inform us before our stay Location

Polite, helpful and friendly staff but for the price, the rooms are gross. Rooms. Rusty, old, outdated. Not enjoyable, esp for the price for one night. Location and friendly, helpful staff
