stay was great all our needs were met. staff is the best. def stay again.. being able to reach desk from room. something was wrong with the phones Amy at front desk was amazing Joe Anthony and Andy as well. Really all the staff were great. They made us feel like family.

Good location Bed and pillows were too rigid 2 min walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to port authority bus terminal in Manhattan.

Good 1 Gym was out of order for several days 2 Pool was out of order for several days 3 Our room aircon was making the noise (hard time sleep well with the noise) 4 Breakfast menu hot food something that I would rather change It is understood that it is an old facility that require the renovation big time.
