Fair The entire hotel needs to be deep cleaned. Rugs have stains. Ceiling tiles dirty. The room felt unclean. The tub was not very nice to look at with stains. Ceiling tiles burnt spots from bulbs. Paint sag on walls from water damage. Honestly if it wasn't for the fact that I was there to attend my father's funeral in the area I would have packed all my things and went elsewhere. Did not have the energy or time to deal with that. Location

Zum nur übernachten für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Personal sehr grimmig, sehr schmuddelig die Räumlichkeiten und das Frühstück war einfach nichts. Der Blick auf die Manhattan Skyline
Fair Hotel is a bit older, didnt like the fact that there was no water for a few hours so we couldn’t shower! The breakfast could have been better. Hotel was close to most stores
Bad The management is no help to their employees. The staff shouldn't have to call a manager above their own to get support. The front desk employee was amazing such a dedicated worker.
I was comfortable to an extent. the other guest were horrible. very loud and messy . some hotel were also broken the staff was really nice, and helpful.
