It was the worst experience ever The bed in the room was dirty stains all on them the man at the front deck was trying he best to help me after we tried 4 room a then asked him for a roll a way bed that wasn't in the best shape now that was 3 in the morning and we asked for late check out 20mins after checkout The housekeeper lady opened are door while my kids getting dressed telling us we have to leave it was the worst experience ever and we we're miles away from home It's was near restaurant and a plaza with all types of s... read more
I wouldn’t stay here again it wasn’t comfortable the microwave didn’t work and the refrigerator wasn’t working it didn’t get cold the sheets on the bed had hair on them and it was a burnt hole in the comforter good location for food and shopping
Poor Customer service was very poor, extra towels weren’t available, breakfast ran out at 9a but was scheduled from 7-10a. Location and pool amenities

Estadía promedio El hotel está viejo necesita mejoras, el lavamanos estaba estillado y mal estados los accesorios del baño. Las camas un poco duras y las almohadas viejas. El desayuno fue malo los el personal del desayuno era descortés y la waffflera estaba dañada y por mas q le ponías el antiadherente se pegaban. Solo ofrecen huevos cocinado y congelado el café era aguado bueno fatal. la ubicación es buena queda frente a la parada que lleva a New York
I’m only grateful I had a place to sleep, that’s all. It’s pretty much close to a run down hotel and nothing like the pictures on booking.com The breakfast was nasty. Cold boiled eggs, hard bread? Zero fruit options - you name it. It was nasty. Even the AC/heater in the room hadn’t been serviced so when I turned it on for heat, it was bringing out dust like it hadn’t been used for months. Fair Definitely needs an upgrade especially for the price. Everything is old inside the rooms. The breakfast is more continental than full breakfast. I loved the location of the hotel. Around alot of stores and American Dream Mall
