Very bad Service It was terrible hotel
Poor The rooms were old and dirty. And the staff was rude except the lady
What a mess Everything except for what is mentioned above.. - it does not smells good when you pass thru the hallway - the staff seem so problematic and not so accommodating. Reasoning out that she's the only one available. - carts are nowhere to be found - parking not accessible. A bit far from entrance. - Bath tub does not drain well. Having 2 beds
Don't waste your time it's so not worth it They told us we could check in early. Got there at 1:30 pm to be told they don't on weekends. Was also told breakfast was included in price, was told when got there it wasn't and was not offered a discounted price. Front desk girl was not pleasant or approachable, and the police showed up deep for an occurrence. Nothing

It was okay and the staff was amazing! The bathtub needs to be refaced or replaced. The couch was a little old. The facility smelled like gas when you walked in. The furniture in the lobby by the elevator was filthy and needed cleanings There was a stink bug on the window in the bedroom area. Rasy accessibility to bus stop . The staff was pleasant and very informational. Great customer service.
