OK for the price but the hotel does need some updating Had to ask for sheets and blankets for pull-out bed. They were provided but I had to make the bed myself. Room was not cleaned. I'm fine with not changing sheets and towels but expected that at least the garbage would be removed daily and coffee replenished. The safety lock on the door was falling off. Very Good The bedding was weird. Seems pretty old, the blankets were thin and the pillows looked like tea bags. Good location, just outside of NYC and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

muy agradable y bien atendidos, lo que no me gusto es que en ninguna parte decia que debía pedir el aseo de la habitacion y fue muy triste llegar cansado despues de haber caminado mas de 17 mil pasos por toda la ciudad de Nueva York y encontrar la habitación sin arreglar, del resto, super recomendable el hotel Me encanto el desayuno y la atencion de la señora en el comedor, mi habotación tenia una sala con un sofa cama y otro TV, lo que hacia posibloe ver otro canal y no pelear por la tv

Pleasant Cleanliness Yellow’sh towels Dirty AC vents No cleaning on the second day of the stay Trash bin was very small and they didn’t emptied it as well on the second day morning… Location, Room

Camas cómodas, pésimo servicio de limpieza. Solicitamos 3 veces servicio de limpieza de habitación, y tuve que presionar e incluso yo misma cambiar las sábanas de las camas, ya que el personal de limpieza no se acercó. Soy alérgica y necesitaba con urgencia que aspiraran las alfombras. Esta situación quitó muchos puntos de mi experiencia en el hotel. Camas comodas, el personal súper amable, destacamos la ayuda de Pedro y Roberto quienes fueron muy atentos con todo.

At the price you can’t beat the quality Nothing really, I had no issues with the place Property is in a great location, tons of stores, we stayed there to go to MetLife for the game, coming from Massachusetts, they even include breakfast and it’s a very good breakfast, waffles eggs ect. people are complaining about the dumbest things, there was no hair in our stay and yes the furniture is outdated but you are paying an extremely low rate at a place close to New York and MetLife, if you wanted a higher end newer hotel then pa... read more
