It was quite excellent the washrooms are a bit outdated, the water in the bathtub takes time to drain. Overall it was minor and I would still highly recommend anyone to stay here. it was clean, well maintained and friendly staff. The hotel is safe to stay and leave things like laptop in the room without worrying. A lot of families and their children stay in this hotel, it’s bubbling with activity, the pool is indoor and gym is open and not crowded.
went for a weekend getaway with family and kids to the American Dream mall for Nickelodeon Park and Water Park. NYC hote only 1 elevator was working and took very long to get on it, also house keeping never brought clean towels, or took the garbage. Also the tub had some weird pad in it that made the tub feel so funky to stand on, and the bathroom had a lot of rust and black mold spots Went to American Dream for the weekend of New Years. Wonderful The elevator takes sooooo long to get to u. It was a nice friendly place. Staff where nice, breakfast was good, they have a good selection of stuff to eat. And the best part they are dog friendly!

bien tout de même nous avons dû changer de chambre car la porte ne se débarrait pas, avec la nouvelle chambre il y a eu le même problème! manque de pression de l’eau de la douche et la chaleur dans la salle à manger! problème d’ascenseur l’accessibilité du bus, la grandeur de la chambre les déjeuner
