Pleasant Pool was not clean. There was no water in the hot tub. they charged my credit card twice for my room and I'm still trying to get answers, they just keep passing it from person to person
Very nice Elevator took a long time to come to you so most the time we took the stairs. Air conditioner didn't work too great but the staff helped by giving me a fan Everyone very friendly, food was good, room clean, and anything I needed they helped me get.

Hot and sticky in Seguin. Our air conditioning was broken. The staff did not tidy up the room and the y never left rnight towel to accommodate the number in the room to shower at night and have a clean face towel in the morning. The breakfast from 7 to 10 was great.
