Good The carpet was little dirty Everything was ok
Was pleasant and would recommend to others. My granddaughter said that the elevator was past due for inspection. The AC was quite cold and was hard to adjust. It was really easy to get to Seguin with the access road to get onto 46. The mattress was awesome. Food was great for breakfast. Everything was clean. Service was great.

Wonderful I called on Thursday to cancel my reservation for Friday only and the girl told me I needed to call back because the system was rebooting and it would take 35-45 minutes. She would not take my information or anything, so I had to call back later in the day. Horrible customer service on her part. Barbara the night desk agent was wonderful!!! She was very patient with us we were with a 10u softball team, so a bunch of little girls running around.
