Bad Everything We were 2 nights and the room never was clean we have to pay and stay en the room dirty ! I never come back ! And the staff always bad actitud .... we paid to much for bad service !

Pain from uncomfortable bed Had the family suite & the bed was so uncomfortable & the pillows completely flat.. My husband & I hurt badly from the bed both nights we stayed. We were miserable. And since the beds are the reason you stay at a hotel, I would recommend the hotel replace mattresses to a more comfortable brand. With the price you pay for rooms, you should be able to sleep without being in pain. Also there was no curtain on the door to the bedroom from the living area so no privacy. Will not stay here again Our room wasn't serviced even after asking 2 of the cleaning ladies to please have room serviced, where they had put a house cleaning will not be servicing room for a do not disturb sign. After speaking to manager Minnie, she said she would talk to staff so this doesn't happen next time. She didn't seemed concerned and was condensending. Poor I didnt like the fact that I was told it would be one price when booking and then I get there and it's another price, I told the front desk clerk that I wasnt gonna sign the receipt of the price I didnt agree with she said ok. And I was there from Thursday night 9/26 thru 9/29 and my sheets were NEVER changed....when I went down to complain all I hot was I will give you clean sheets and an apology??? I'm sorry but that's extremely unacceptable for the amount that i paid.

I won’t be back THE FACT THAT THE PRICE I WAS GIVEN WHEN BOOKING WAS NOT THE PRICE THEY ARE CHARGING ME! The mold in the bathroom. The water dripping from toilet. The ac has a constant fast drip onto the floor which got my 1 year olds books and toys and the carpet soaked. The musty smell was really strong The fact that I could pass out after a 20 hr straight drive to get here
