Fair Pools says it’s open 24 hours but it’s not. We saw people at the pool and an hour later we walked down to the pool and it had a lock on it. Sign says 24 hours but when I asked the front desk she said “one of the other girls must have locked it” when I asked her to unlock it she didn’t want to look for the key. The entire reason we got this hotel was because we were going to be in the sun all day and back late so we wanted to cool down in the pool Bed

Nice visit with family Fitness center was terrible. There was no treadmill and the elliptical trainer and weight machine were broken. Also, there were inadequate pool chairs and tables. 4 chairs and 2 tables are not enough. The legs on 1 chair and one table were broken. The elevator is ridiculously slow, as well. The hotel front desk is understaffed. Most of the emergency lighting did not work after the hotel lost power for nearly 7 hours. I believe this is a code violation. Terrible place to stay I waited for 20 minutes in the front counter to check in no one was there and when he made it back to the front desk he said he was helping other guests. My room was next to another room that had a dog in it it bark all night I called the front desk around 11 pm and all they said was ok. I will never stay at this hotel again

Fair This location is under construction so with that being said the paint fumes were horrible. Once we got to our room my whole family's eyes were burning. Once we got the air circulateing it was a little better. The breakfast was horrible, not sure if they had limited space to do what they should do in the kitchen being that there was furniture EVERYWHERE. (By the pool, front door, workout room etc..) we stayed 2 nights so once we got back from our tournament Saturday night we made it to our room and the keys were inactiva... read more

Will probably not use booking.com again. And definitely never stay at any La Quinta again. No one was ever at front desk from ck in to ck out EVER!! Beds were extremely high for my husband and l to get on. We’re handicapped. I was not allowed to get a receipt at ck out. Was told l should get it from booking.com!! Just horrible all around experience.

Convenient but could use some upgrades in consistent cleanliness. Not very family oriented. Lack of security personnel when we reported someone was smoking marijuana on our hall. First floor lobby hallway soaking wet from patrons coming to/from pool area. Close to main road making it easily accessible for our trips to San Antonio for sight seeing. Plus we were there for a wedding in Sequin.
