Whenever we’re in Stamford, we will stay in a more comfortable property with operational amenities. The laundry room was out of service. In order to bring all our luggage to our room on the first floor, the luggage trolley had to travel via ADA elevator which was inoperable when we checked out. There was no fitness facility at all, even though there are images of one on the website. The hallway floors were not level or flat. Our room key frequently did not work. Disappointing
Disgusting This place was filthy, although it was under construction and we were made aware it was clear the filth in the bathrooms and bedroom had nothing to do with the construction. Our room key had to be reactivated every day, breakfast was to be desired. Definitely needs updates. Location was good
