Poor Muy caro, muy mal servicio, estaba sucio, luces no funcionaban, los pasillos estaban en mal estado y adicional a todo me cobraron un deposito demasiado alto

It was not prepared for guests The room was located in a construction area. The floor dust and dirt was dirtying the room. The vending machine was off so it wasn’t available for purchase Availability

I will not be staying at La Quinta again nor would I recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The toilet seat in the bathroom was peeling and chipped. The faucet needed to be tightened. The TV did not work. I did speak to the desk in the early evening and was not offered a room change. I also told the desk in the morning and was offered reward points which I declined.

Roach infestation Roach infestation Roach infestation with visible glue traps in the bathroom and room. I checked out within an hour of occupying the room. I opened my luggage and bugs started climbing into my bag and inside my shoes. The facility should be condemned for health and safety violations. It’s disgusting. The front desk tried to give me a room with “less bugs” which was unacceptable! We will never stay at a LaQuinta again, and would urge all travelers to avoid this facility. Room was unacceptable, as stated above. Everything in this hotel looked old and shabby. The plumbing was very outdated, the towels were of the cheapest material, the one sofa in the lobby area was patched with duct tape, and you had to walk two short flights of stairs, with luggage, just to reach the elevators.
