Such a great experience Nothing Everything! Fresh fruit infused ice water at the lobby entrance. Room had lights on ; air on; tv on as if we were visiting a friend n they were welcoming us. The staff is one of the friendliest most professional staff I’ve encountered in a long time! Shout out to Gladys who first won me over with her telephone customer service and in person was just as wonderful!
