Nice place! The hallways on our floor was dirty and desperately needed vacuuming and still hadn't been vacuumed by the next afternoon when we left. The staff were friendly and nice.
the management not ready for this position and really did not seem to care about our concerns the ice machine never worked had to go to other floors for five days!! room was neglected to be made up one day and we wereout by 9 a.m. pillws cwere so hard that we mostly all got headaches. air conditioning malfunctioned several times during the nights making it very warm. carpets in halls and rooms very dirty!! the hot tub was dirty and unable to let our children in it!!! the breakfasts and staff were very good!!! pool unlike hot... read more

Nice pleasant stay. A bit noisy on the west side of the building with a lot of pvc pipe cutting Having to wait 20 minutes or more to check in. Front desk kept getting calls as we were at the desk. Your employee kept helping phone calls to their conclusion instead of helping us finish our transaction/ finish checking in. Location, cleanliness,.
