We enjoyed our visit and will come again when the need arises Was not aware that a separate thermostat was to be used for AC unit. The free breakfast was a bit sad. The coffee in the lobby was better than the coffee in the dining room. I wish a menu would have been offered to us, we would have ordered from that.

Not what it's cracked up to be They took extra money off my card that they said would go back on it and it never did. I liked that it was close to the Tacoma dome. And some staff was polite.
It was fun. There was nothing in walking distance for entertainment and/or shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Good Stay There was no amenities in the room (no soap, shampoo, and a nearly gone roll of toilet paper). Not sure what happened there, but the front desk was apologetic and got us what we needed right away! The continental breakfast was light, but there was the option to buy more off of their restaurants menu. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, quick and easy to communicate with.
Good We went to Tacoma to attend a concert at the Tavoma. This hotel is well,within walking distance of the dome. We also,visited The Rustom area which is under development. When completed it should be the place in Tavoma to visit
