Tacoma home away The room service staff was attentive and very friendly
Meh. Two star Bed was lumpy. Did not honor our reservation properly. Front desk staff was very perky Common areas were nice
Fair Bug bites, I'm still trying to figure out what kind. More every night I was there. , loud heating system , woke with headache and stuffy nose every morning. Phone didn't work. Location and staff
Nice place. The person in reception didn't know how the continental breakfast worked and didn't seem to think it was his job to find out. Newly refurbished and we'll maintained.

Think twice! Room was not clean; shower curtain smelled...Very noisy, too! Will not stay there again! The bed was nice and comfy!
Wonderful The biggest problem during my stay was the elevator situation. You have 2 medium sized elevators side by side and only one was working. This was a big problem getting bags and people in during check in and out during checkout. Had to wait 7 passes of the elevator to get my luggage down to checkout The staff was great. They even had to contend with a power outage while I was there.
Nice three days. Very comfortable. It would've been easier for both of us to be closer to the elevator. We both use canes and had to use the service elevator once we found out where it was. Our room Was at the far end of the hall.
