Disappointed I paid for a service and my needs were not met! Did not have shampoo or soap in the bathroom upon arrival. Called down to from desk twice and was told housekeeping would take care of bringing shampoo to our room and nothing was brought. Next morning we went down to front desk and was told the same thing and nothing was brought by housekeeping until the second night of our stay when I went back to front desk and asked for shampoo from the front desk receptionist! There were clean towels in the bathroom.
Terrible experience! I want my money back because I paid them to get another room right away out of my pocket after over Because you guys did pay them for the booking, they refused to let us checking for a long period of time. Almost midnight, tired from trip. There is no solution what so ever. Why? Where is the customer service? We asked them and you to cancel the reservation so we can book ourselves because there is no solution at the time. Poor Heater was LOUD, blankets were thin, one bed was lumpy, shower took several minutes before hot water came in, door to room was dented in several places (why??), so many amenities bolted down, very few plugs in the room, popcorn ceiling, sketchy location. Outdoor pool and hot tub were so sad looking. Receptionist on arrival (Marlene?) was friendly.

No thanks! Service was short and rude. Location was loud with constant police presence. Will not return. Not much.
Absolutely horrible. Recommend anywhere else. Everything. Note that the pool and hot tub are seasonal which wasn't listed. Not clean, actual blood on the sheets, drinks left in the fridge, front desk tried to put blame on us.
